Emrah has 25+ years of experience in energy and industrial sectors as senior executive and advisor. He qualified in Petroleum Engineering at the Middle East Technical University in 1995 and obtained M.Sc in Risk Assessment and Investment Economics from the same university in 1998. As part of his M.Sc studies he worked on energy strategies in Germany. Then he joined Bilkent University as a lecturer. Later, in 2000, he joined BP and until 2017, he had the opportunity to work on strategy, business development, M&A, international investments, finance, public policy, government negotiations. In 2004 Emrah was seconded to Petroleum Industry Association and he had a chance to work with government, regulatory authorities, as well as peer companies for the preparation of legislative framework in Turkey.
Between 2019 and 2023, Emrah worked as an Advisor to the Country Chair at Shell Turkiye. He represented Shell in many platforms and carried out sustainability and energy transformation projects. He also completed executive educational work in the field of Sustainability and Circular Economy Strategies at the University of Cambridge.

In addition to management consultancy, since 2018 he has been giving lectures at different universities, especially ÖzyeÄŸin University; and giving speeches at the events of different universities, companies and non-governmental organizations.

​Pınar is a senior management advisor with over 20 years of consulting experience, including eight years as a Partner at McKinsey & Company. Throughout her career, she has advised leading organizations on their most strategic and transformational challenges. In her later years at McKinsey, Pınar focused on end-to-end business building, co-founding and scaling fintech ventures across the EMEA region.
​Today, she brings together the rigor and depth of top-tier strategy consulting with the flexibility and independence of a boutique advisory model. Pınar works with ambitious, fast-growing companies that are shaping the future of their industries. She operates as an orchestrator of a collaborative platform, bringing together senior experts, independent advisors, and technology partners to tailor solutions to each client’s unique challenges. She partners closely with founders, leaders, and management teams at critical moments of growth such as strategic investments, international expansion, organizational and leadership development, and competitive repositioning.

​Ozan is a seasoned professional with over 28 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and multi-level marketing across diverse industries, including healthy nutrition & wellness, healthcare, safety & security, and consumer & office. With a vast business background spanning 27 markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Ozan has accumulated extensive experience.
Having dedicated 13 years to Herbalife, Ozan held various management roles at both market and regional levels. Recently, he has been instrumental in steering the business strategy and growth for Herbalife Nutrition in the 20 Eastern European and African countries under his oversight. In this capacity, Ozan has played a crucial role in the success of Herbalife Nutrition, its distributors, and consumers by focusing on the development and implementation of corporate strategy.
​Prior to his tenure at Herbalife, Ozan spent over 12 years at 3M, where he held diverse management positions. In his final role as the Country Business Leader, Ozan led the Healthcare team in Turkey across different sales channels, including medical devices, dental, and orthodontics. His focus was not only on expanding the market but also on elevating it to higher standards.
Furthermore, Ozan actively participated in external engagements, serving as the Chairperson of the Direct Selling Association (DSA) in Turkey from 2015 to 2017.
